But I don’t have a web-based service…

We use technology that can be downloaded to any laptop or desktop.  As part of our service, we will loan you a webcam if you do not own one. The webcam can be shipped to you upon request for a small deposit, which is returned to you when the webcam is received back here in working condition.

Can I try before I buy?

We offer a free 30 minute consultation to see if web consulting is right for you.  During this 30 minute meeting, we’ll discuss how web consulting works, talk about ways to make the most of the meeting, and do a dry run of the technology to show you how easy it can be.

What is the cost?  Are there discounts for bulk packages?

Consulting through video conference of phone is assorted into different packages.  Each package earns you a certain amount of hours with a consultant so that your unique problem area can be satisfied.  Packages can be as large or as small as you need, and all packages are good for 36 months from the initial purchase, so you don’t have to worry about them expiring.  We bill in 30 minute increments – so even our smallest package may be divided up into smaller time segments that work for you.
